Tempiture knob does not increase or decrease A/C nor heater temp

When trying to adjust temp higher or lower both heater and A/C are both wide open and no adjustment can be felt when turning the knob.

I think your jimmy is too new for it to be a vacuum line, it's probably an electrical input. my guess is that switch is not happening anymore and what you are now getting is a fail safe mode. will probably have to replace the switch to get things working right again. hope that helps
