I have just last week bought a brand new 2024 Yiben YB50QT-3, it turns out they have actually sold me a 2023 model which means it was built in 2022 at the factory and then bought to New Zealand. Is there any different in specifications or price?

The model is from 2008 and has unlikely gone through any major changes except perhaps colours and minor styling tweaks.
Chinese pricing can be dynamic. They send a dealer 6 and they pay when they sell them based on what the factory says at that time of sale.
