Oki C5900N printer: got zapped
Hi grf, try updating your printer drivers:
Create a new folder on your desktop and name it newhpdrivers(substitute your manufacturer in new name). Un-intall printer and printer software completely. Go to manufacturers website and navigate to their drivers/downloads or support menu. Select your model, choose the relevant software and download to the new folder you created on your desktop(watch for the light yellow bar at the top of window viewing pane, click on this and choose – download file - . Power down your computer. Reconnect the printer to the computer and turn printer on. Power on pc. Windows will detect new hardware and ask if you have the manufacturers install cd or a location to check for install files. Direct the wizard to your new software, follow the rest of the setup instructions and your done.

I just replaced the toner
1 of two things. You have a bad heat roll in the fuser. They will wear out the teflon and cause that problem. That is the very hot area in the exit area of the machine.
Also there s a machine made by Sharp but marketed by 3 or 4 vendors, Sharp, Toshiba, Xerox and some others, where the high voltage power supply will cause that problem.
Most likely the fuser needs replaced. That is the most likely problem. I mention the high voltage power supply because it is a possibility.

Hi
oki c5600. printing A4 size
that means that your ink and the label materials are not compatible. you may need to use less ink, or a more porous label facing.

When to change the ink
its a reference point for you to see how much is left, it should still print but will get lighter as the toner goes down.
