What is braided cable used for?

I don't know any clothing that has braided cables, braided 'edges' yes. So lets go out on a limb and say this is the wrong category as well. Braided cable in coaxial antenna cable is used to aid flexibility and also provide and earthing connection and also protection from electromagnetic interference to the inner signal core. In phone charge cables it is used to protect the inner cables from flexing damage but also give superior strength and flexibility. Hello Isabell 4 hours, or 4 years? The only thing you can do is ask your nieces where they got it and go and exchange it. They should do that without a receipt. If it is 4 years, then it is doubtful they will exchange it. Sell it on Facebook Marketplace or a dressmaking forum and get another preferably, an adjustable dress form. I havetried to exchange a dress they said I have to pay 50% of the amount plus shipping too. The dress was in stock, I have the picture and they lie to me saying that it's not.

If they truly did not send you the dress that you ordered then you should have no problem returning it. If you bought it and paid with PayPal file a complaint, or contact your credit card company. Be prepared to be able to prove that they shipped the wrong product.

To take greasy spots on laundered shirt?

Several techniques may be attempted. Most say give it a second go if the first attempt does not fully do the job. Bur ALWAYS read the laundering instructions for the particular fabric. None of these are for silk or delicate fabrics. 1 The Baking soda method Combine table spoon of glycerin and dishsoap in 1.5 cups warm water in spray bottle. Spray. Let soak 20 min.. Wash in cold water with table spoon of baking soda added. Hang to dry. 2 Just the dish soap method Soap it, rub the fabric together, let is set an hour, wash it out with cold water. 3 Laundry detergent method Same as 2 but use laundry detergent. 4 Other alternatives to dab the stain with on a paper towel, then wash out. (One per trial, not a mixture. Wash out before next.)

Chewing gum removal from fabrics

There are several ways to remove chewing gum from fabrics. 1. "GOOF OFF" is a solution that can be purchased for around $4-$5. It will work though. You should be able to find this at your local Walmart or local drug store. Good luck!2. Plain old ice. Yep! You can even add a little salt to the fabric when you hold the ice on the gum to freeze it and the salt will allow the temperature to plummet even lower. The colder the better. After about 15-20 seconds of holding the ice on the fabric, take a butter knife or a tool of some kind that will not harm the fabric and use it to peel the gum off of the coat.
