First at all find out who is the manufacturer of your computer's motherboard, with that information start searching for the Chipset drivers at the manufacturer's website.

I have a pcchips p21g v1 motherboard, but it wont
Is that one of the PCChips boards that has a jumper to enable/disable writing to the BIOS (Basic Input Output System? If it has a hard drive in it, disconnect or remove the hard drive, and then reset the BIOS, by removing the BIOS battery for 5 minutes, then put the (good?) battery back in, and boot it up without any hard drive. I have seen such behavior before, due to malware such as TDL4, and also "BadBios!" Those malware systems can OVERWRITE any unprotected BIOS with modified code!
