Onga pump. Why does it turn on but not pump water?

It most likely needs to be primed. Check the owner's manual for instructions.

How can we get rid of the occasional sewer smell in our house?

When you next get the smell, check the traps to see if there is enough water in there to fill the trap, if one is less then it looks like water is getting sucked out when toilet is flushed or that trap (usually bath or shower) hasn't had water going in (lack of use) and water has partially evaporated.

How do you tighten a Cuisinart kitchen faucet

The handle and base of a kitchen fixture can work free after some time. A free fixture handle can meddle with the capacity of the spigot to turn on and off proficiently. Then again, a free base can move openly and cause the water lines providing the spigot to burst, causing a break. Fixing either of the two parts will incredibly diminish the aggravation related to a free kitchen spigot. Eliminate any items in the sink bureau that meddle with your capacity to arrive at the two inventory valves situated at the rear of the bureau. Turn every valve clockwise to kill the stockpile of water to the fixture. Inspect the fixture handle. You will either discover a setscrew with a recessed hex head at the handle base or beautiful covers snapped on the highest point of the handle or handles. You can also choose a residential plumbing Edmonton to solve your problem.

We got a new countertop unit and also a replacement hose as the old hose was brown inside. The new nozzle won't screw on. Same faucet, old hose nozzle fit fine.

If the old hose isn't leaking, why change it. They discolour internally due to the type of water you have. Chalky water makes white calcium deposits and soft water more brownish. Perfectly normal.

Agora bathroom faucet. How can I remove the handles?

Depends on the model, but if it is the 4 star shaped then just prise the centre cap off to reveal a screw head that if unscrewed will release the handle.

Which valve is the black water under the RV. all I see are two handles coming out but stuff wrapped around except handles

It's located under the RV carriage, positioned next to the gray tank which holds the water run-off from sinks and showers. The black tank should only contain the biodegradable enzymatic product of your choice, your solid and liquid waste, and septic safe toilet paper - nothing else. Also, don't forget to clean it! Create a plan, pay attention, wear gloves, and don't get distracted. Gross things happen when we're not focused on what we're doing; the black tank fiasco scene from the movie RV with Robin Williams comes to mind. Create a plan, pay attention, wear gloves, and don't get distracted. Gross things happen when we're not focused on what we're doing; the black tank fiasco scene from the movie RV with Robin Williams comes to mind. Attach the sewer hose securely to the tank valve after removing the valve cover. Then place the clear elbow into the sewer hole. Some may screw in; some may have a rock for you to place on top of your connector. This is advisable as you don't want that line getting dislodged. Also, after a year of exploitation, I had to replace globe valve, but I hope you will not face such a problem. I read several articles and realized that this is a very rare case when it fails.

I have a KWC faucet and the sprayer setting won't pop back up to the stream setting after turning off and on the faucet. It stays in spray mode. It doesn't do it all the time though.

I think opening and cleaning the knob area might help. Is the servicing due? If yes, call the person.

Why would pressure from water pump increase?

The pressure produced by a pump depends on it's capacity and efficiency, the power of the motor driving the pump and the resistance of the pipework. Without the resistance provided by the usual pipework the pump produces negligible pressure and just merely moves the liquid. Given the motor power and pump capacity/efficiency are fixed values, the only reason the pressure would increase is the resistance provided by the pipework has increased.

I have a Jado Oriental bath faucet chrome/gold with crystal knobs. I need a replacement Crystal knob but it's no longer sold. Any ideas where I can find it?

If it isn't too late, I have a single crystal knob also. Couldn't find another when one of mine broke, so I bought two in the chrome finish. Let me know if you're interested in my (unbroken!) crystal knob.
