Cutting off My calculator keeps cutting off for no reason. One time I pressed the left arrow button and I cut off. I've changed the batteries, then I tells me to install the software. Can you help me?

The cutting off thing i have no idea. I would assume you calculator crashed maybe due to lack of memory or ram. When you changed the batteries you probably hald the del button and it deleted your operating system so you need to get a new one from the computer cord or just ask a friend to send you one.
