Check that you have a good needle in first, failing that you need to have the machine retimed

The thread is not coming out of the bobbin properly
I could not find any reference material for this model.

But, Singer has examples and instructions for both a drop in bobbin and a rotary (side/front) bobbin.

Hope this helps.

If you contact the White Sewing Machine Company they may send you a new manual.
