System error

Hello My phone, has begone to act up! It shows at error message saying System error! I can not use the sport program in the phone and I have now lost all my contacts, I can not even add a new contact to my phone ... Please HELP!!!!

give "restore factory settings" when you press this you will be asked for the "security code" enter that ..

after performing the "restore factory settings" then restart your phone once then all your problem will be fixed ...
