Reset Fuser Life

  1. Using the control panel buttons scroll to Maintenance, press OK.
  2. Scroll to Check Others, press OK.
  3. Scroll to Fuser, press Reset

could be faulty fuser.or you could remove and re instal fuser

You will have to replace the fuser. Call 1-800-835-6100 and follow the prompts to purchase parts. It isnt real expensive. Just make sure you still don't have some warranty left on the parts.

good day sir.this a fuser temp error. These units are notorious for having fuser temp errors when there is dirty or unstable power, especially if the customer is running off a generator. the best way to fix this is to replace or rebuild the fuser assembly. goodluck!
