On the right side you will notice a switch showing you 2 triangles one on top and one on bottom. This is the volume switch. If you press the top triangle thr volume will increase and if you press the lower triangle the volume will decrease. Also you can go to phone settings in the menu and increase the volume by clicking on volume control.

    In that case take the phone to Nokia center and ask them to upgrade the firmware which increase the low sound and many other features.
