To replace the control panel, the wall oven needs to be pulled out about 10-12 inches to access the conrtol panel..it has screws on the side AND in the back of control panel taht have to come off to get into panel...typically it can be pulled out fairly easy a couple of feet without it tipping and falling out of cabinet but only pull out as little as necessary
Its big job if you don't have the tool
