! Button Flashing

Tried to print on too thick of paper and had a jam. I got the paper out without breaking off, but the printer won't print now. The top on/off button with an "!" next to it is blinking an orange/red light. I have tried turning off my computer and printer and restarting it and that hasn't helped.

    Help, I need to use my printer! I have tried turning it off and on, tried removing the cartridge etc.No luck.
