You can do one of two things, first would be to download the software from Toshiba's website (download the one for Vista) After you download & save it to your desktop, right click on it and choose properties then go to the compatibility tab and check the box for Run in Compatibility Mode. Then
Then choose the the apply at the bottom of the properties box. Now right click on the download again and choose Run as Administrator. Then follow the rest of the instructions to complete your download installation. Hope this helps, I know it works as I have had success doing it several times. So if you have any problems just comment back and I will try to help you through the process.
Thank's for your answer, but now i get this error message: "Webcam driver open fail. Please restar the camera or computer". I restar the camera and computer, but i still have the same error message
Ok so open up you computer under the start menu or if you have it on your desktop then choose add/remove programs and uninstall your web cam software there, then open control panel by clicking start button, choose control panel when it opens open up device manager, go to your web cam software and uninstall the drivers restart your computer and then follow the instructions above. If you didn't save the downloaded files you will have to redownload them from the Toshiba website again. If this doesn't work I apologize, as I might need to get more info after this so if you get error messages and what not write them down so you can get help from either myself or someone else.
You will also need to install the driver with the same instructions as above, the easiest is just to save them to your desktop, or if you use a a download folder and are accustom to that great. Just remember to change the properties before you install then to run as administrator and it should work. If not we might have to enter something into your registry files to make it work.
