Everytime I insert the CD into CR drive to read information, the popup window displays and ask for format the CD. What wrong with my Labtop. It is Acer Aspire 3680-2633. Thank you very much for your help
There is a small possibility that your lens on the CD Player is dirty. Use a normal CD Lens Cleaner, with no solutions, and run it through 2-3 times to clean the lens. Then re-try the CD in question. If you still have problems, it may be the CD you are using, that may have been formatted wrong when initially created....
