Missing normalize.dll i have win xp media 2005 edition i cant get explorer to startup, hence the lost nomalize.dll file.. wont work in safemode either my last option is to format from the bios, i dont want to loose everything on my comp.. dont have a recovery cd.. and my support has expired threw emachines.. have any suggestions frank franklucas2k5@yahoo.com

5.You should see a message indicating the file was successfully registered. If you see an error message,
