Install the CD (driver) that came with the Web cam. If you don't have the CD, check the link below and download the driver for free:

http://drivers.softpedia.com/get/SCANNER-Digital-CAMERA-WEBCAM/OTHER-SCANNERS/A4TECH-PK-635.shtml

Just run through the installation wizard and you should be able to use it after the installation.

you know what, that is the common problem of the acer crystal eye webcam, I have the same problem.

But you may solve this if you have a better internet connection (high speed). And try to uninstall and install again the driver.
