OCR error

Question

When I try to scan a document, I accept it and it gives me an OCR error.  What can I do to fix this?  This is on a MAC Leopard OS. Thanks, Dina

I downloaded the current driver for MAC from the website and replaced the one I had on my computer.  It worked fine after that.
