why not ask at HP.com
HP owns Compaq for over decade now, and supports it some what (limited)
no screen photos of this error show by anyone here, so what you see, is anyones wonder. blind we are .
HP designed it, built it and sold it and supports it, why ask fixyah.
we dont have access to back doors, or magic security flash resets. all can do is POINT. here is me pointing to the correct place.
