The
interior oven light in most ovens is a standard 40 watt appliance bulb.
Often, to change the bulb, you first need to remove a shield or glass
dome. If the bulb isn't burned out, the problem may be with the switch
on the oven door frame. If the switch works poorly, intermittently, or
not at all, you need to replace it.
Try removing the lid .....
by sliding it
and then replace the bulb
Unplug power first. You need to remve the screwa that hold the bulb cover, access the bulb and replace it, I will wee if I can find a diagram.
Here is the replacement bulb, as you can see it is a regular bulb, once you access it , replacing it is quite easy.
Even if it is built in you should still be able to access the glass cover inside the oven, remove it and replace the bulb.
Here are instructions from Neff manual:
1. Switch off the oven fuse in the fuse box.
2. Place a a tea towel in the cold oven to prevent damage.
3. Remove the glass cover. To do this, press back the metal tab with your thumb.
4. Unscrew the bulb and replace it with the one of the same type. 40 watt heat resistant spare bulb.
5. Fit the glass cover back on. To do this, insert it on one side and
press firmly on the other side. The glass cover will now click into
place.
6. Remove the tea towel and switch the fuse back on.

Thanks - Trouble is - this model is not free standing, it's built in.
Microwave is built-in, and looking inside I can see no way to reach the bulb.
