Sir everytime I start my PC a message displays as follows- Script:C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Start Up\.vbs Line:1 Char:1 Error:The system cannot find the file specified. Code:80070002 Source:(null)

Hi,
The fix for your issue is fairly easy if your pc usage skill level is intermediate to advanced. The step by step process can be found here:

I would suggest if you doubt your ability to do this operation, it would behove you to get some one who is qualified to execute the procedure.
