The front wheels have stopped pivoting correctly and the plastic holding them on now bends if they are not manually positioned straight. So it feels spoungy. When on a smooth surface the wheels pull the stroller in unpredictable directions.

I have the same problem, the airline broke ours the last time we flew. I just found on Graco's website that you can order replacement parts. Here is the link, http://www.gracobaby.com/store/order/default.asp?N=10418+10413+10421&Ne=11
You'll need the model number and serial number. I found ours on a sticker under the footrest. For our stroller it's $19 plus shipping for the front wheel assembly.
Hope this helps.

What brand is it? Look up that company online or contact them by phone. Most companies should have replacement parts available if the stroller isn't too old. Good luck!

All is not lost yet, Contact Zooper directly to see if this can be fixed before throwing out your stroller.
info@zooper.com 1-888-742-9899 They have an online submission form on their website under the FAQ -"I have an older zooper stroller. How can I go about getting parts or service?" but when I went there, it seemed to be a warranty registration link instead.
