you can see this by right click on my computer icon on desktop ,go to properties ,then under general tab there is system line which show what is your processor speed & ram
for more information go to hardware tab,then device manager,window is opened which shows components attachd to your pc

Screen is blue when I start it up,it is not showing any icons to open blue HELP!!!
You will need to give me some more information as I dont have anything to go on here. Which screen are you looking at that you are expecting to see your pentium 4 on? Please start from the beginning about what you have done till you got to where you have the difficulty.
