Hi My printer copies ok in black in all 3 modes copy, scannered, and if sent from computer, but it will not copy anything in colour at all. It send the message to the printer ok and sends the paper through but any coloured section will not come out,can you help Thanks boots6
After you scan it, do you immediately print it in an image format or do you use word? If you use word i might have a tip that might help.
Before printing, click File>print>click on "Properties" and check that the grayscale printing box isn't marked, if it is unmark it and it'll print in colour.
Also anything is that, when you're scanning. After previewing your scanned piece, double check the mode, either magazine (which is in colour), Black and white or outline (i think)
