Menu problem The problem that I'm having is I can't use my menu at all. Every time I press the menu button, the tv sound goes off but the menu does not appear. What can I do?

Well this set's or kind of funny, they have issues with eprom and static problem that causes the set to do thing, that narmaly you wouldn't do in a marige life.
I narmaly try by reseting the unit, unplug the unit for about 10 min and try again to see if it reset, if it didn't then I would unplug the set take the back cover off then reset the cpu and the eprom by shorting the pin's on each ic's to ground, and then try again.
If for some reason your set don't work at the end well check all connection again, narmaly I solve 99% of the problem.
If this don't help, when you can replace the cpu and the eprom to solve your problem.
