Controller Fault Error 1113 Programmable Controller

The controller fault indicator is flashing on my 1113 programmable controller. I guess 'll need a new one. My question is will a standard VS-1 Jazzy controller work. If so do I need to make any changes to the base electronics. Thanks in advance for any help.
