I have used my Lexmark 2350 printer for a few years. All of it's features worked perfectly. As of late I receive an error message saying that the printer cannot communicate with the computer. I have done all the suggestions, disconnect and reconnect the cables, turn the computer on and of. After uninstalling and reinstalling the software, only some of the features are installed. The computer does not detect the printer. However, scanning and copying work just fine. I've try installing another printer, but the same happened. When I boot up my computer, I receive an error message saying WINDOWS EXPLORER HAS ENCOUNTERED A PROBLEM AND NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN. I do'nt know of the problem is caused by that error message. I should be terribly thankful if I can get a solution for this problem
