    MY FAX MACHINE KEEPS ASKING TO CLEAN THE DRUM AND WONT ALLOW ME TO COPY OR RECIEVE FAX

Do not try to clean the drum. It can be permanently damaged by even a fingerprint. The drum is a consumable part of the IMAGING UNIT which must be replaced periodically. The IMAGING UNIT can be ordered as a supply item.
