I had to reformat my laptop and lost the program that I did have but with out the finpix program I am stuck with my camera memory full.
You can get the necessary driver here:http://www.fujifilmusa.com/support/ServiceSupportBrowse.do?sscucatid=664260&prodcat=840022
Select the Finepix series USB driver and follow the instructions to download and install. This should allow you to access the pictures on your camera. I hope this helps!
