air con is leaking water from unit inside split system fijitsu

My Inverter leaks (Blocked drain ?) and my drain line is in wall cavity.Has been blown through and water poured into line by authorised tech and appears to show clear line but still 'backs up' and leaks heavily when in use.Tech now hard to get hold of ? Tech did say he thought that spiders/webs could cause partial blockage ??
Only access is to lift flooring...
Drain line is 20mm....I am thinking of dropping a lead sinker down the d/line attached to fishing line to clear once and for all.
Not sure how to access drain line via wall mounted inverter (Model AST24PBA-W)
