When I try to copy directions, coupons or recipes from the internet and click on "print preview" it shows several pages instead of the one I have indicated to print. When I press the stop/exit button on the printer it stops for a minute and starts printing again. All in java script. I guess the information is in its memory, but how do I erase the memory? I have had this printer for about two years and this is the first problem.
First, you probably should not stop the printer after it starts printing, it always creates problems. Second, you should clear your browser history and then you should select the range of pages to print on your print properties menu. If this does not work try reinstalling the print drivers.
