Hello, if this is an umbrella type stroller, you first release a catch on both handles to unlock the frame. These catches are located on the front and can be pulled up with your fingers. If you watch, they release the bottoms of each side from the front. You then pull the handle or lever located on the cross bar at the back up toward you. Thus collapses the frame as the wheels come together and the stroller then locks closed in the standing position and can be carried by the handle on the side. Greetings from Oz.
