We have a wolf electric

Question

We have a wolf electric cooktop.  The cooktop is locked and we cannot unlock it.  The button with a key is on and now matter how much we push on it to unlock it, it merely beeps at us and stays on.  All the other buttons do no work either.  Even the "off" button. How do we fix this?

Try to disconnect the power to the unit for about 5 min and turn back on. If does not help call authorize service.
