This display indicates, either the disc you inserted in not readable, of the laser pickup unit of the set is faulty. Insert an other known disc, and see whether it reads or not. If it too doesn't read now; check and replace the laser pickup unit.

There should be a small hole near the button on the CDROM's tray. Get a paper clip and unbend it so it is straight and insert it in the hole making sure that you put it in straight and be gentle. This will manually open the CDROM and you can retrieve the disk. Once it is out, check the disk for dirt and check it in another PC or Laptop to see if it is readable. If it is readable in another CDROM, then I think your CDROM in your envy may have a problem.
Try cleaning the CD DVD drive and insert the restoration disk.
Restart the unit with the disk inserted.
If the disk is un-readable, it will not restore.

That why u can't open the disk tray.
Must take it aparts to take out the disk.

For games, it means you inserted a unsupported disc. This is usually the case when say, inserting a xbox game into the PS3, or when trying to play a copied game.
For videos or music files, the format is not readable by the PS3. In this case, you should convert to something that is supported.
I have owned insignia dvd players in the past. When I got the "no disc" message I simply cleaned the inside of the machine. To do this you can get an old CD and tape a soft paper towel to a fragment of the readable side. Then insert the cleaning CD into the machine (do no use liquids) and let it run a few times. I found that after I did this a few times it seemed to clean the lens and would read discs again..
MAC's Iphoto program automatically recognises all cameras. You do not have to run the disk to get it working. Also, the disc you used to start it is probably an .exe file and is not readable by MAC. Just plug the camera in and away you go.
