I have purchased a 200gb external hard drive hd 364. I can no longer access my files i suspect it is a virus but no scan has identified any files on the drive although in my computer the drive shows as using 158gb is there anyway to recover the files the only file showing in the drive is avg vault avg is my protection software
An update to my problem is that using pc inspector has recovered all my photographs, great result. Other software failed to recover anything.
