The phone turns on and holds a charge, but will not go past the eror message saying that the keypad prohramming stopped unexpectedly. Says I have no service.
I had to call my phone provider to get the answer.
press up volume and hold while pressing power and hold until
it comes to a screen with choices on how to fix your phone. use the volume button to go up or down the choices. that's all i remember

I've had this problem repeatedly with my new Huawei Android. Based on the online posts I've seen, I've come to the conclusion that there is no solution to this problem. Time to get a better phone -- definitely not a Huawei!
