The first thing that happened was I tried to plug it in to charge it, and after 30 seconds it said fully charged, but wasn't really when I tried turning it on. So I tried to charge it again, and this error message came up: "No Space for DB Please Delete more than 4.0MB". It freezes at the colorful Samsung name spot. I tried using the small reset button, but it goes back to the same error message. I called Samsung, and the guy knew what the error message was, and said I was the only person who had a problem with it. He said that I need to get it serviced, but can't seem to without receipt (which I don't have), so I am turning to you in hopes of some help. I can't even get any computer to recognize that its plugged in, and therefore can't delete anything from it. When I try to just play it after resetting it, it says low battery and turns off. What can I do? I am not real repair savy at all, so I need some real down to Earth help. Thanks, Erica

BDEATH,
I would like to try and fix my player so I can give it to my mom.
I don't have a Motorola charger because we all have Samsung phones.
Any other ideas would be very helpful.
