Another problem with my screen. After turning the laptop on, the screen flashes gray and black a few times, and then begins alternating red, green, blue, white, and black over and over again. Rebooting doesn't do a thing. Not sure what to do with it. The computer is three years old, and has traveled a bit, so it has had a few bumps now and again. Any ideas about this? Thanks
