Copy Problem

Question

Xerox M20i multifunction. Copy mode copies light. Toner is OK. Prints fine. Scans fine.


 
Reset the shadow adjustment. Cleaned scanner mirror.
 
Text is light and looks like an outline font. Lighter portions of an image barely prints, even with the darker selector set to darkest.

Since you cleand the scanner and scans are fine, the other item I seen cause that problem is the power supply.
