You can try to use some toroids in your speakerline.
Your speakercable can be a fabulous antenna depending on the length of it and the frequenty off your two way radio.
So, it's important that you don't have a quarter or half wave cable comparing to your radio system.

I think Radio Shack has a kit for this problem. Not sure about the cost, it's been awhile since I dealt with this problem. Good Luck.

Can security try a diff channel on their radios?
Some amp designs have a sneaky way of picking up radio signals
Another try could be to use a shielded speaker cable so it doesnt act as an antenna.
