I was typing a letter in my email and I think the problem happened when I was trying to use shift key to capitalize a letter. I think I must have hit another key instead of the shift key such as the control key or function key and my screen totally minimized. I don't know how to get my full screen back. Can anyone please help?

Hi you need to hold down the function key (FN) and press the number lock key (num lk). hope this helps
You need to press the NUM Lock key.
The NUM lock key is usually the same key as the ScrLk key but to select the NUM lock you need to press and hold down the Shift key and then press the NumLk/ScrLk key. A LED light will light up to indicate the number keypad is on.
