Printer portion The printer started spitting out black and white copies with some lines missing or half line. I assumed the cartrdge was the problem so I changed it but nothing changed.
I seem to have the same problem as Howie D. I had recently had the black ink cartridge refilled so I have tried 'clean print cartridge', 'align print cartridge' and 'restore factory defaults' to no avail. Any suggestions?
