Help i cannot get my digimax master program working for my computer and i dont know if it is because i have vista or what? and i dont know what or where the yellow and white cords hook up to on my computer or if they even do.....

My camara keeps switching off and light stays on tryed chargeing it but same happens

The Digimax Master that came inside of the box together with the NV 10 will not really work with Vista.

But you could freely download the software that will be compatible
with all Windows Operating System.

Or try the steps below for you to proceed there

- Go to www.samsungcamera.com
- Mouse over on Support
- Click on Download Centre
- On the leftmost part of the page,
click on UTILITY
- Select on SOFTWARE tab
- Click on Digimax Master V 1.1

The cable with the yellow and white is your AV cable that you could plug to a television.

The USB cable that serves as the power cord on your charger
should be the one to be used when connecting camera
to your computer.

You could actually removed that cord on the wall adapter itself.

If the software will still not work, just contact the Manufacturer.
