We have a different message that plays after office hours. A staff member attempted to record a new message when I was on vacation. Now when calling after hours the message is my recorded message followed by hers. This happens no matter which closed message I choose. I can not find her message anywhere else. (No message is her recording). HELP!!
missamy, does your atuo attendant have it's CCR(custom call routing) turned on? The CCR is where it asks you to press 1 for this and 2 for that.missamy, does your atuo attendant have it's CCR(custom call routing) turned on? The CCR is where it asks you to press 1 for this and 2 for that.

Sounds like you have a complete recording in the company greeting and another complete recording in the CCR tree. The scenario you described is exactly what happens when you have recorded the entire greeting under company greeting and the CCR tree greeting. A quick solution is to record 1 or 2 seconds of silence in either the company greeting or the CCR tree greeting. Do you know where or how the last greeting was recorded? If you do I would reord the silence in that place.
