Try to change usb port and reinstall driver some port on your PC may not regcognize it.
After I solve it , everything work fine :D

i'm facing the same problem as mathai...clicking on continue the installation anyway doesnot solve the problem.although nothing happens to the OS but pen tablet doesnot work anyway...plz HELP

me too facing the same problem ! you should get new pen from iball service centre . and the pen cost 700.rs . now its up to u !

Double check every connection that you have there including the USB. Unplug it to a different USB port if possible. Reinstall the drivers if needed.

Iball digital pen tablet installation troubleshooting
You decide. Have you installed the tablet driver? If not, do it. Try it on your other operating systems. (If you have any. If not, get a Linux live CD and test it.) Or just decide if you want to install it on Windows. It probably won't do anything to XP anyway. (Although I've never heard of that tablet, let alone company.)

I can not use iball pen drive 4gb on windows 98
you will need the USB drivers to use the flash drive on windows 98..if you have the cd then install the drivers or look at the iball website

Driver for mac
Google for: PF1209 Mac driver (you may add UC-Logic, Genius, Pentagram, Trust)  and find the OLDEST available driver. It should be a .pkg file after extracting. 
Install it (it should be the v.1.0 control panel) and then you may install the recent v.1.24.2 driver over it. 
It is still a bad written chinese PPC code conflicting with some applications but it works in the meantime. 
 While the whole planet slides down on the windoze-****  - I'm waiting for a real Mac driver too ;o)
