I have lost my activation code and my device code is AK5SL DAFUA what can i do to get the activation code i have a question i have a eclipse tomtom and i jsut got out of the AF from a knee injury in iraq so yes im technically a cripple and a vet yet im only 29 never the less the movers had packed my tomtom eclipse cus i took it out of my car so it wouldnt get stolen while i was deployed. i moved back home to my home town and installing the tomtom back in the touch screen seems not to work. the device poers up and i get to the language select screen then i touch it and nothing happens evne when i connect thedevice toa pc i get the CONECT TO COMPUTER question and i try to hit YES and nothing happens wht should i do? i had this tomtom for about 1.5 years
The activation code is not used for anything but to activate your maps....which is not dine anymore....the activatoin code is useless...
the real issue at hand is that the softwre on the unit is messing up....go to www.tomtom.com/9091 and follow these steps
