Check the specification of your MP3 player to determine the type of video file format it uses. Most common video files that MP3 players use are, AVI and WMV, there may be others such as FLV, MOV and DivX. If your player cannot play a video then it is an incompatible video file format, then you need to convert that video file to a format that your MP3 player uses. After video conversion then copy the video files to your MP3 player using the USB cable from your computer. If you used the eay rip software its all achived there. For a back up You can format the palyer two ways. 1 windows will do it for you. 2 use the firmare update page from RCA http://www.rcaaudiovideo.com/categories.aspx?product=317&post=4 Just pick your make and model number there. this palyer cannot play aac format songs only wma and mp3 if you are trying to play anything other than wma or mp3 that is your problem if not let me know and we will go from there
T.sonic cannot operate after it was formatted in Windows Formatting T.sonic using the “Quick Format” or “Full Format” option in Windows destroys the default format of the T.sonic. To retrieve the default format, you must link to http://www.transcendusa.com/ and download the firmware updates for the T.sonic.
