Go to harborfreight.com; click on safes picture in the right column; then click on the safe that you have (#45891); then click on the instruction manual download icon at the bottom. This should solve all your problems.
There should be a key device to reset the lock. Put it in and turn it, enter the new numbers and when you remove the key the numbers will be whatever you changed them to.
