The RAM is located in the middle of the motherboard. There are tabs that you can push to release the RAM. Remove it and put it back in place until the tabs pop out. Loose RAM can cause your computer not to start properly where you want to see a video signal.
Make sure your graphics card is securely seated with no dust built up or in the socket if you remove your graphics check the socket to make sure its dust free Restart your computer then reinstall it this should activate found new hardware wizard Check the vga lead for secure dust free connection or try another vga lead.

Thanks for replying with good news and testimonial those 40 pin ide will give nothing but problems if you ever have hard drive related problems replace the ide 40 pin lead they are cheap

The dc7600 SFF only comes equipped with a 240 watt power supply. I think this may be causing your problems.
I am currently looking for a graphics card for the same comp with the HIS ATI HD 4350 in mind, but the website states that a 300 watt power supply is recommended.

You can buy any card that meets your specs of your computer. Make sure it has duel output on the video card itself. If you plan on running two monitors you should pick up a minimum 256 card that does not pull from your system ram.
