I got a new Deskjet F2280 and everything was working fine for the past few days. Today when I tried to use the scanner it says that there is an error and it cannot detect my scanner
First shut down ur pc disconnect the power cable and usb cable from scanner put the power cable of scanner and see if light is coming if itis coming connect the usb cable check in device manager if it is detected also check the adapter voltages and try replacing usb cable if required
